Shipping

All Canada and US shipping is currently done through UPS, except for those with a PO Box. If you require shipping to a PO Box, we will ship via Canada Post/USPS respectively. We offer a discounted shipping rate, and collect $5.50 USD for all orders below the free shipping threshold, that is calculated at the checkout page. Free Shipping is offered to select orders over orders which a subtotal of $40.00 USD and over, which is automatically calculated at checkout. We do not ship to Storage Units. 

*Unfortunately, because of high shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping for:

• Orders to be shipped to Canadian Territories (Northern Territories, Yukon and Nunavut).
• Order to be shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, we offer discounted shipping rates. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package, that is determined at checkout.

We fulfill & ship your order within 1-3 business days. All items are carefully inspected, cleaned, wrapped and packaged before being sent. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7-10 days of placing your order, please refer to the tracking number in the confirmation email - or e-mail us, and we will be sure to update you on the whereabouts of your parcel.
